What is the difference between BIM Modeling and BIM Coordination?

BIM modeling is the creation of 3D models of architecture, structure or facilities. BIM coordination is the process of integrating and reviewing these models to detect interferences between disciplines.

What LOD/LOI do you deliver and how is it defined?

We work from LOD 200 (schematic) to LOD 500 (as-built). The level is defined according to the phase of the project and the customer’s requirements in the BEP.

In what formats do you deliver (RVT/IFC/NWC/COBie)?

+ We deliver Revit native models (RVT), IFC 2×3/4.0 export, Navisworks federated models (NWD/NWC), 2D DWG drawings and COBie data for facility management.

What do you need for Scan to BIM?

+ We need the registered point cloud (E57, RCP or RCS format) or we can perform the laser scanning in-situ. It also helps to have old plans for reference.

Do you work with BEP/ISO 19650 and CDE?

Yes, we are ISO 19650-2:2018 certified. We work with structured BEP and CDE (BIM 360, ACC, Trimble Connect) according to project requirements.
